THE GARDEN KITCHEN is a co-operative initiative to help address food inequity within North St.Louis County, and to help those who are interested in starting their own small hospitality businesses through access to a full commercial kitchen and cafe. It will serve as a unique hospitality innovation hub that offers individuals passionate about all things food, an opportunity to be part of a campus team committed to delivering great food, exceptional service, and making a measurable impact within the community.

Soulcial Kitchen is helping to provide the blueprint as an initial programming partner. We will also work closely with America’s first Food Truck Apprentice Program, a comprehensive training and support program for those seeking to enter the mobile food industry.
